Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Most orders, in the exception of our Montessori Collection, are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. Updated processing times are provided on the product page.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery lead times are provided as an estimate. We ship through UPS, FedEx, Canpar and Canada Post. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method chose at checkout. ranging from 1 day, to 7 days within Canada.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on orders that this may apply.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@plaidandpineshop.ca with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery is available for the Edmonton area in Alberta, Canada. We charge a flat rate of $10 CAD and we deliver on weekends, from 10am-5pm. No deliveries on holidays. You will receive a notification once the order is out for delivery, and a notification once the order is delivered.
Local Pick-up
Local pick-up is available at no-charge, and orders can be picked up at 9709 94 street, in Morinville, Alberta. Pick-up confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up and instructions on pick-up procedure (usually within 24hours in the exception of Pikler triangles, balance beams and play cubes). Local pick-up is available 7 days a week, excluding holidays.
International Shipping
At this point in time we are only shipping to Canada, Australia, and the UK. For International customers, your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, your package may be subject to import duties/taxes. Plaid and Pine Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
