All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless we are faced with a surge of high volume, issues relating to Covid-19 or otherwise outside of our control.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery lead times are provided as an estimate. We ship through Canada Post and use Expedited Parcel. Canada Post's estimated delivery time is 3-7 days. Some delays may occur from Canada Post due to Covid-19. If the delivery time is not to your standard, we highly recommend you reach out to customer service of the postal service you selected and file a claim.
Local Delivery is available for the Edmonton area in Alberta, Canada. We charge a flat rate of $8 CAD and we deliver from 6pm-9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, or 11:59am to 5pm on weekends. No deliveries on holidays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Free Shipping (On The Keep-up only purchase)
Free Standard Shipping is available to Canada & United States for those who purchase The Keep-Up by itself. When another item is added to the cart, we are forced to use different packaging and therefore the shipping cost is calculated according to the bigger packaging. Customers should be aware that no tracking is provided. Delivery times, estimated by Canada Post, are 5 business days within Canada, and between 4-7 days within the United States, starting from the day it was shipping.
Local pick-up is available at no-charge, and orders can be picked up at 9709 94 street, in Morinville, Alberta. Pick-up confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up and instructions on pick-up procedure (usually within 24hours). Local pick-up is available 7 days a week, excluding holidays.
At this point in time we are only shipping to Canada and US. For American customers, your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, your package may be subject to import duties/taxes. Plaid and Pine Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status unless Free Shipping was selected, where tracking is not available. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on orders that this may apply.
