Returns & Exchanges
For returns or exchanges we ask everyone start the return or exchange process within 30 days of receiving the order.

Refunds & Returns
We are happy to accept returns for unused items in their original packaging/condition in new resell-able condition. Cost of shipping is non-refundable, and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please message us first before starting the return process. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the initial purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Plaid and Pine Shop is no responsible for the cost of return shipping, it is solely at the buyers expense. We are not responsible for lost shipments in the return process. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to issue the refund back to your account. Cancellation of orders may be requested if a notice is sent within 2 hours of order confirmation, and refund will be processed within 24 hours from Plaid and Pine Shop.
Regarding exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping fees on the exchanged item and any difference in pricing. Contact us for return shipping address. When preparing the package to be returned, please include a note with your name, email, phone number, your order number, and the item you would like instead. The exchange process will begin once we receive your original item(s). We will then send a payment request if there's any additional charges.
If there's something wrong with the product itself, we are happy to replace it! Do not hesitate to reach out. Send us a picture of the damaged item, if we need to replace it, once the damaged item is returned to us, we will send out a new one.
